Back to the Looms

I have been away from weaving for a while now
and need to get back to the looms.
I sold my last cabin rug so it is time to restock,
 before the next studio tour.

Sadie is sleeping in a pool of sunlight by the door.

She is not much help,
can't throw a shuttle
but she is a whole lot of company
 and I love her so!

Wishing all of you a
pampered, spoiled cat kinda day!

Louise and Sadie

  1. Hi Louise,
How wonderful to be able to have your own shuttle AND such a sweet companion to keep you company!
Enjoy the day with sleepy Sadie!
Thank you too for your lovely comment on my post!
    Heart Hugs~

  2. It must be amazing and so rewarding to see your weaving progress and know you made your own rug!
At least Sadie is company so have fun!

  3. Sadie looks sublime in the sunshine!
I love the colors, you' re showing on your loom!
    Have a wonderful week!

  4. I wish I could come and watch you! I just bought a loom at a garage sale (impulse purchase!) and have no clue where to begin . . . .

    1. Rare to find a loom at a garage sale in our area. Do you know the brand name?
If you want to learn to weave there is a book that I recommend to beginners. Learning to Weave by Deborah Chandler. If you were close by I would love for you to come to the studio.
Glad you visited my blog and I hope you come back again.
When I have time I'll check out yours!
